	Campus Wireless Networks
	The wireless networks on campus support most wireless devices (802.11 a/b/g/n) and are available to all UC Davis computing account holders, Eduroam account holders and guests of the campus.

	Installation of a Moobilenet Access Point
	Looking for a care-free wireless solution? Communications Resources will meet your wireless needs with a custom installation of ceiling or wall mounted access points to provide Moobilenet service to most locations on campus. A CR staff member will complete a coverage analysis, custom design and a full estimate to meet your office wireless needs.


	Deployment of a Desktop Wireless Access Point
	A desktop wireless access point is a device designed to fill gaps in wireless coverage for a low installation cost. It is designed to work with an existing 100 Mb connection. While a desktop wireless access point is easy to install, it is not mobile. It will only work on the specific NAM you indicate during the request process. A desktop wireless access point will support Moobilenet, Moobilenetx, and Eduroam on the campus wireless network.
	Installation cost: $60.50* Desktop wireless access point lease: $8/month* *assumes connection to an active data NAM, otherwise full data NAM activation and monthly charges apply.
